Complete renovation of garden centre Eurofleur in Leusden
In Leusden, we carried out a major renovation for garden centre Eurofleur, with a strong focus on functional and modern greenhouse structures at both the front and rear of the site.
New indoor plant greenhouses at the front
At the front, a 2,300 m² greenhouse was constructed to house the indoor plant section. The structure features wide-span roofs of 12.80 meters, covered with insulated polycarbonate sheets. This setup ensures optimal light transmission and effective thermal insulation, contributing to a pleasant indoor climate and energy efficiency.
Rear section replaced by modern wide-span greenhouses
At the rear, an old 2,200 m² Venlo greenhouse was completely dismantled. In its place, modern wide-span greenhouses were built, creating a more spacious and light-filled environment. These new roofs are also made of insulating panels supported by a sturdy steel structure, combining durability with a clean architectural look.
New horeca area with modern concept
Alongside the structural works, the horeca area was fully redesigned following a contemporary concept aligned with the overall visitor experience.
Phased execution
The works were carried out in three phases during 2024, with minimal disruption to customers and ongoing store operations.
