Description

Entrepreneur Hendrik Vreeman wanted to have a new Intratuin built in Deventer. With a ground area of 8,138 m² and an additional floor of 3,000 m², it is a large-scale garden center, making it a substantial construction project.

Hendrik Vreeman awarded the contract to Thermoflor for the construction, including the coordination of all contractors and installers.

The successful collaboration resulted in a modern garden center where sustainability and a green lifestyle are at the heart of the design.

A greenhouse as the basis for green living
The greenhouse forms the heart of the 9,000 m² store, which not only offers customers a wide range of products but also inspires with themes such as "life in the garden." The space is designed for an optimal experience of greenery, with an orangery for workshops and a restaurant where visitors can enjoy locally grown products.

Innovative design and collaboration
The building's design was created by the architectural firm Breddels, which, together with retail specialist SVT, ensured an innovative and practical layout.

Sustainability as a core value
The greenhouse is more than just a structure; it is a symbol of Intratuin's green ambitions. With a combination of modern technology and thoughtful design, it became a beautiful realization.
