New garden centre in the Czech Republic

A well-designed expansion

For this project, Thermoflor is delivering a complete extension of the existing garden centre. The design maximises natural daylight while creating a comfortable indoor climate, providing ideal conditions for both plants and visitors.

The new development consists of two wide-span greenhouses with spans of 12.8 and 15 metres and lengths of 29 and 54 metres respectively. The greenhouse structures are directly connected to the existing buildings, creating one harmonious and highly functional complex.

Technical installations

To ensure an optimal climate and maximum comfort, the project is equipped with advanced technical systems, including:

• Fully automated climate control
• Energy-efficient screening systems
• High-performance heating installation

The combination of insulated glazing, multiwall polycarbonate panels and modern roof constructions delivers excellent energy performance while maintaining a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.
