Thermoflor is synonymous with greenhouse construction in the garden-centre and horticultural sector. For generations, our company had a reputation as a leading builder of high-quality greenhouses. With a permanent workforce of around 120, we realise scores of projects every year.
Quality and delivery reliability are our key concerns
Thermoflor has a flat organisational structure with short lines. This is important for you because of the flexibility and mentality it implies. No red tape, but instead a company in which decisions are effectively and resolutely implemented.
The holding company is Grimbergen Constructies BV, which refers to the family name of the company’s founder. The holding controls the following three operating companies:

All engineering and most of the production work are done in-house. This guarantees optimum quality and delivery reliability – two keywords that are of prime importance to our company. Thermoflor will supervise your project from beginning to end. Using our own staff or in cooperation with all parties involved. Thermoflor will take all the care for your projects off your shoulders.
Approach
Our approach resolves around the exchange of expertise and ideas.
Our excellent reputation in the sectors in which we are active we owe partly to our special relationships with our customers. When a prospective customer contacts us, we first consider the plot of land where the building work is to take place, and inventory the elements required in order to determine the best possible solution in terms of construction. Next, we consider aspects such as logistics, routing and consumer behaviour, plus the national and local regulations with which the building will ultimately have to comply.
When we have finished the preliminary design, we plan the shop layout. The definitive design is completed after several visits to existing nurseries and/or garden centres. At this point the project is ready for implementation.
