Intratuin Pijnacker’s new-build plans include a new restaurant (NL)
The Pijnacker branch of the Intratuin chain of garden centres is situated close to the town of Delft, where it has been one of the leading garden centres in the west of the Netherlands for 25 years. It is one of the four garden centres of the Droogh family.
In March, Thermoflor has started to work on an extension with an area of 2,000 m² behind the present building. The new build will accommodate a new restaurant and will enable the garden centre to meet all today’s requirements.
The project will be quite an operation, involving the relocation of the present boiler room and garden café. The new build, which has been designed by Breddels Architecten, will comprise four 12.80 m roofs and a flat part constituting the transition to the outdoor patio. The new restaurant will be taken into use this autumn.
